Book “Adventures of Nicodemus Annie: The First Christmas"

This is another one of historian and descedant, Angela Bates’ adventures of Nicodemus Annie. In this book Angela writes a spin off from the true story of Indians visiting Nicodemus in 1878. She weaves a tale where Annie is confronted by an Indian as she puts the final touch on the community’s first tumble weed Christmas tree. Surprised by his abrupt appearance, she stands stunned as he leaves a small gift wrapped in a piece of buffalo hide. Illustrations by Angela
